This was my first dinner at Karon Beach, luckily it was a really good dinner at the Kwong Shop Seafood.
Our first dish, grilled squid. I have to tell you guys, this squid is THE BIGGEST squid i've ever seen in my live. It was MASSIVE about 30cm long and 10cm thick..haha..
This whole portion is only 1 squid. It was so good..chewy (a bit too chewy though) with almost no seasoning and that was quite the best way to serve this really good quality squid.
They put too much herbs and the coriander flavour was really dominating the whole fish cake.
Seafood fried rice. Well, a fried rice is most probably always nice..haha
This fish was the champion of that night. It was a red grouper and it was the best red grouper i've ever eaten in my live! Even my dad was silence for a moment after the first bite of that heavenly flesh. This was again so big in size but it's not about the size! It's about it's just-catched freshness.. They serve it in a garlic lemon sauce which was so fresh and a really well complement to this gorgeous fish. I tell you guys, fish couldn't be any better than this..

For the dessert, we ordered a batter fried banana with honey sauce. It was really sweet, not in term in flavour. But it was a really well combining of crispy fried banana with honey.
